Just wanted to say how pleased I am with your service and the quality of your wood shutters. I ordered the Norman International Sussex painted wood shutter, about 5 feet by 5 feet. It's an excellent quality shutter which exceeded my expectations, and I am an architect and a real perfectionist. The cost for the shutter was only about $450 which was far less than the quotes I received from local shutter stores. They wanted at least $700 for their wood shutters and $500 for a vinyl shutter with poor fabrication. My shutter is outside mount and installation was easy and quick--around 2 or 3 hours. The shutter arrived on time and without a scratch. Thanks a lot for your great product and service. Without a doubt, my next order will be with The Blind Factory. I have already recommended your company to several friends.
