Shipping
To track your order, please enter your unique order number
below which appeared in red on the "complete your order"
page. While orders are in house, they will follow through
four steps. Step are as follows:
New order - An order sent to our server awaiting review
from our administration department.
Administration - An order reviewed and awaiting
approval from our administration department.
Manufacturing - An order which is in production.
Since products are custom made, orders can not be cancelled once
they have reached this step.
Completed - Your order is finished and ready to be
packaged on its way to you. Most orders are shipped via
UPS. If your order has been shipped, and you would like to
track it, please use the UPS icon below and enter your unique
tracking number in the appropriate field to get up to date
information. In some rare cases (cases of oversized blinds,
high quantities or unusual shapes) your order may have been
shipped on a common carrier (larger truck). To track your
order, please contact our customer service department to get the
name of the carrier used, a phone number or website for that
carrier along with a PRO number for your shipment.
