1/2" Single Cell Light Filtering Shades are perfect for larger windows or applications where you want a higher degree of insulation. With more layers of fabric and more honeycomb pockets and heavier fabric than other shades, Single Cell Shades block out 99% of UV rays, 89% of visible light. Available in soft, high quality non-woven polyester and in our widest color selection, all shades have a white backing for consistent appearance from outside. You may choose for a wide variety of upgradeable options to even further customize your shades.
Shades feature a patented single honeycomb design that provides the ultimate in energy efficient insulation (R value of 3.4) for your home while the clean lines of the elegant 1/2" pleat offer a look that can be easily combined with many styles. But that's not all; Shades also block 99% of damaging UV rays, protecting your cherished belongings.
